Acurasoft has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This policy explains how personal information is handled for the purpose of accessing the information and services on Acurasoft's web site. Individual contracts determine how private information is handled under other conditions.

Acurasoft collects information to identify your right to access specialized information, exchange product related files, and product registration and activation. If you have a maintenance agreement, we collect user information to permit registered users access to private sections of the web site. If you order or download a product, we collect registration information for licensing and product activation.

Participation in any activity offered on this site is completely optional. However some information is required as a condition of service. If you do not want to provide the information, you will not be able to participate in the activity. If you do provide the information, you could from time to time, receive notices of new product, special offer, support, or other benefits to registered users.

Your Right to Privacy

Acurasoft recognizes the importance of using the information we collect responsibly. We do not sell registration information to any third party. If you indicate at the time a registration form is completed, that you do not want to be informed of other products or services from Acurasoft, we will honor your request. If Acurasoft chooses to provide aggregate data to other parties for statistical analysis, it will not contain details that could identify particular individuals.

Only Acurasoft personnel can access the information with the proper password and identification. Every time you access private information, we require you to log on to protect the privacy of any information shared. Normally, the only information visible is the information we have agreed to share.
